Help put the 'zoom' back in the Kids' Program Room and the 'kick' back in the Community Room Kitchen. All proceeds from the book sale will be used to refurbish the kitchen and the children's program room. (New cabinets and countertop and more!) Any additional donations are welcome. Leave the change and help us to reach our goal. The book sale is taking donations of clean books of all types, except for textbooks, encyclopedias, or magazines. Please do not leave books at the library when it is closed. Call the library for details or write to Nancy Bland for more information. Thanks for using the honor system and supporting the
Friends of the Bellingham Library.

Who are the Friends?
The Friends are an active
group of volunteers helping to promote the library
in the community.
You have benefited from the Friends if you have ...
- Browsed through the Music CD collection
- Enjoyed sitting in the library's comfortable seating
- Participated in a summer reading program
- Reserved a museum pass
- Attended a children's or adult program
- and more
The Friends provide money for programming,
equipment, and materials by having fund raising events
through out the year. Some of the programs are: Book
Sales, Craft Fairs, Raffles, etc.
The
group meets once a month. New members are always welcome. Check the library calendar for the next date of a Friends meeting.
